Is Energy Fitness Club only club fitness with membership?
Nope. In NRG Fitness, you can choose both one-time entry and various types of membership without any commitment.
Can I come using MultiSport or ActivePass cards?
Yes, you can. For this type of entry, you can use the gym, go for a group class or relax in our sauna for free within a time limit of 120 minutes. If you want to stay longer, you'll pay 20 CZK for every additional 10 minutes started.
Do you have any gym rules?
Yes, we do – but we've introduced them just to make you and the other visitors feel good. So that NRG Fitness is always a nice place to go back to.Enter the gym only with a towel. Use it when exercising on machines (under yourself) or in group classes.Please, train exclusively in sports shoes intended for the gym use. Entry is not allowed barefoot, in socks or slippers.Access to NRG Fitness is permitted to persons over 16 years of age. Younger customers can enter only accompanied by our contracted personal trainer.If you break any of the rules, you may be asked to leave the NRG Fitness.
Do I have to book group classes?
Yes, but it is super easy. There are two ways to make a reservation:A) in person at the reception, no later than 30 minutes before the start of the classB) via online booking system and mobile applicationWe do not accept previous personal or telephone reservations.To make an online reservation, you need to have a free customer account and a credit of at least 60 CZK for each booked lesson.
What about your sauna?
In NRG Fitness, we have a total of 3 Finnish saunas: one exclusively for men, one exclusively for women and one for both sexes, including a relax room. The cooling is done with a cold shower only. The use of any sauna is a part of your gym entry and no reservation is required.
